Activity Description 

The department deals with all kinds of eye diseases and surgery and various eye trauma. 

The Department for Ophthalmology specializes in the following procedures: 

• Cataract removal 
• Glaucoma operations (increased intraocular fluid pressure) 
• Corneal transplantation 
• Retina and sclera procedures 
• Eyelid procedures  (including cosmetic procedures)
• Pediatric ophthalmology 
• Eye socket procedures 
• Lacrymal duct
• Injuries to the eyelids and the eye itself
