No in Italy Yes at Barzilai

 Parents with their children made their way from Italy to Ashkelon following a unique development of children's crowns at the Pediatric Dentistry at Barzilai Medical Center, managed by Dr. Uri Zilberman. 

Ronit and Yuval Lahav, parents of two children, Julia 3 years-old girl and Jonathan, 2 years-old boy, are Israelis who live in Rome, Italy. They began a search for solution to the Early Childhood Caries (also known as baby bottle caries) that has developed in their 3 years-old daughter.
The worried parents visited four large medical centers in Italy and were refused therapy in all of them. "There is no solution to the problem, it is impossible to put such a young child under anesthesia for such a long time" claimed the professionals in Italy.
Following an internet search the couple has learnt about a unique development of children's dental crowns and other services provided by the Pediatric Dentistry at Barzilai Medical Center, managed by Dr. Uri Zilberman.
Dr. Zilberman has developed unique dental crowns for children and the patent was purchased by the American corporation "Dentsply". The development of the dental crowns began at Ashkelon Technology Incubator and now is at advanced research and development in several centers in the United States.  The research will continue at Barzilai Medical Center for another six months. The dental crowns developed by Dr. Uri Zilberman provide therapeutic solution to children who suffer from severe decay of milk- teeth cause by frequent consumption of sweet liquids. In the past the syndrome was called "baby bottle caries" and now it is called Early Childhood Caries.
The parents and children made their way from Italy to Ashkelon and were treated at the Pediatric Dentistry at Barzilai Medical Center.
The grandfather, Mr. Shlomo Lahav,CEO of Phoenix Industries, Israel, wrote in an e-mail to the employees of the Pediatric Dentistry:
"Many thanks and appreciation for the professional and dedicated treatment of the staff at Barzilai Medical Center in which we came into contact and especially the staff of Dr. Uri Zilberman. That is an amazing success that does wonders to both the child and the family".
